The Washington Pilots Association started in 1960 and has grown to nearly 24 chapters and over 1500 members statewide. Since its inception the WPA has centered itself around Advocacy, Education, Outreach and Social interests of GA pilots. These four pillars drive our efforts to promote and protect general aviation throughout Washington State. Whether you're a veteran pilot or have just discovered a passion for aviation, we are proud to welcome you to the wonders of flight in the Pacific Northwest! You are the voice of all pilots flying in our state, and we know that strength in numbers works.
